Meet Aviva Gefler-Mundl!
Currently, Aviva is a proud dancer with the Los Angeles Ballet, but let’s look at her long list of successes and accomplishments!
Success and Accomplishments
-Graduate of V&T Classical Ballet Academy
-Gold in YAGP’s Classical Dance Category in the Women’s Junior Division in NYC
-Earned scholarship to Canada’s National Ballet School
-Prize Winner in Prix de Lausanne
-Scholarship to Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia
-Grand Prize winner in the Music Center Spotlight Awards
-2nd Place at the VII Vaganova Prix International Ballet Competition
-Dancer of Boston Ballet II
And we haven’t even begun to mention her soloist performances!
Performances
Gefler-Mundl has performed as a soloist dancer in the following roles: The Nutcracker, The Fairy Doll, The Little Humpback Horse: Underwater Kingdom, Grand Pas, La Gioconda, and Paquita.
Academy
Aviva began her training at just 10 years old, and she has come such a long way, proving that no matter what age you begin you can always leap for the moon and land amongst the stars. We are incredibly proud of her hard work and her impeccable artistry. Many of our dancers have achieved great success upon graduating, whether it be in their dance career or an academic path.
